From "no way" to "all the way" - why I work with recruitment.

Last week Magnet Executive Search AS attended Startup Extreme in Hemsedal - and what a week we had! Had the best time with the best people - you know who you are 😉 💃

I was asked by someone there why use us as a recruitment company. I had my elevator pitch ready (of course 😉 ) but as I was talking I was thinking that all recruitment companies says the same thing, don't they? "We are the best, we have the largest network, we find the best talent....."and the list goes on. And I am sure we all are the best! At least if we want to survive in this crazy competitive business. So let's go personal - because our job is pretty personal, right? 😃 😍 👇

The funny thing is that I never planned on becoming one - far from it. I dreamt of becoming everything but a recruiter. I worked as a waiter, financial advisor, director in finance, sales manager in a waste management company, bar manager at concerts, a temp and I also almost became a car salesman (just because I wanted to see if that was a cool job). But the Universe wanted it differently. So hey! Her I am. Nina the recruiter. And it's time to go all in - and become the best recruiter I can become.
